My Grandmother & Mother is joint owner of a flat in CHS in Mumbai, my grand mother had made a will bequeathing her share of 50% in flat to me (grand daughter) can i give a affidavit to society for including my name in the place of my grandmother or what should i do please advice- catholic family
Will only executed after the person died. if you want to enroll or enter your name on property then you are able to execute gift deed or transfer deed in favor of you by your grandmother but valid mutual consent ought to obtained from your mother also as she is joint owner of property
