convince deed information request

what is procedure of convince deed? We need to do the convince deed with builder and land owner. Power attorney is with builder. so please suggest.

Conveyance Deed is required to be executed by the Registered Society or Secretary of an Unregistered Building/Apartment with the co-operation of Builder or can be possible without the co-operation of Builder. Conveyance Deed is for the transfer of title over the land on which Building is situated & also on the Building itself.


If the Builder co-operates with the Registration Society or with the Secretary of an Unregistered Building/Apartment in Conveyance Deed Execution, it is called as getting the conveyance process executed, if the Builder does not co-operate, then the process is called as Deemed Conveyance. For Conveyance Execution or Deemed Conveyance Execution, Committee Members of the Society have to go before the concerned Registrar & by paying the Registration fee & Stamp Duty, get the Conveyance Deed or Deemed Conveyance Deed executed with/without the co-operation of Builder.
