contractor is threatening the family by sending police at home & on ph

i made an agreement with a contractor for the construction of my house. he cheated us that he took money about 7lakhs more than the agreed amount & also he didnot completed the work.after a lot of disputes we dismissed him & started the rest work of construction.ow he is threatening me & my family through telephonic call by some policemen.they misbehave on phone & threaten us. kindly help
firstly you have the valid document then you can take the help ,directly making the complaint in front of Magistrate lodge the case of criminal breach of trust against the contractor.
or you can also file a recovery suit for recovery of money..
record the calls for future reference.
