Contractor Has Illegally Parked Excavator In My Property

07-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am a builder trying to build a property. However for some construction work I needed excavation work. The contractor did not work for a month so I hired someone else to do the work on time. Now the contractor has blocked my pathway by parking his Excavator right out of my gate which is still my property.. He is demanding money illegally.. How do I proceed ?

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against him for blackmailing you, considering, he has making demands to seek money from you illegally. You can also put a case of Extortion against him. Moreover, you can also file a Civil Case against the Contractor.
