Contest divorce case filed in the year 2014 hindu marriage act.

24-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Without alimony I filed divorce case against my husband. I only wanted mental peace. He is not ready for giving me freedom nor ready for mutual, I have 2 daughters aged 16 and 14. I want to settle in my life and interested in remarriage. Please guide how can you help and how long will court procedure take for completing my separation procedure. I changed my lawyer too. I am helpless and seek guidance. Ours was love marriage and I don't have financial support also. Thank you.

u have to file maintenance case separately before the court and in that divorce case u have the right to file alimony petition in any stage. if u process with the case properly the litigation will over soon.

READ YOUR MATTER AND I JUST CANNT UNDERSTAND THAT IN WHICH PROVISION OF HINDU LAW YOU FILE DIVORCE?? AS YOU WRITTEN HERE THAT YOUR HUSBAND WAS STILL NOT READY FOR GIVING HIS CONSENT ON MUTUAL DIVORCE THEN IT IS CLEAR THAT YOU ARE NOT FILING MUTUAL ONE AND IF YOU FILE CONTESTED THERE IS NOT MENTION ANY DETAILS PLEASE PROVIDE WITH RIGHT INFORMATION
