Contempt petition pending since 2014

Hello sir!!
Greetings of the day!!!
My self Rakesh Malviya S/o Shri Suresh Chandra Malviya.
My farther has registered contempt petition no. 1138 in 2014 through advocate which is still pending since last 10 years
It is the contempt of justice given by Honorable High Court, Jabalpur in WP4132/2011.
My father age is 73 years now and his health is also not good hence we want it's early dicision but the advocate is not co-operated and not effort well.
What should we do for that?
If ur counsel is not appearing or getting ur case listed then u can get ur counsel changed by taking noc from present counsel or if he refuses then get an application filled for change of counsel in the High court. Contact for any help.

change your advocate. contempt cannot be pending for such long time. if the reply has not been filed then respondent is guilty of contempt .
