Any temporary injunction as per section 37 of the Specific Relief Act, a temporary injunction is valid for a specific period or till any further order of the Court. Please find out what is the status of the injunction suit! If the Petitioner have not been granted any injunction be it temporary or permanent, you are free to go with your construction process. Aside have a put up petition to process the caveat as well!
