Construction of building through our building

The neighbourhood construction is going on. we could see they were constructing not even without leaving any space but also through our building, we bought an already constructed house and we were not clear with boundaries. when we checked with neighbour he said its their space. so we checked with surveyor - we applied for land survey and they measured our house - they said measurement is correct. but the surveyor is not giving it in writing, construction is in progress and not changing

You need to file an application for official survey of your property. If you are sure that the construction that has been going on is encroaching your property you need to file a civil case and try to get an interim order to stop construction on the disputed area. Another possibility is to file a police complaint against the builder for landgrabbing.
