Construction causing damage to neighbors property what can be done

i have a construction going on at my place which is causing damage to my neighbour.Do i have any option or relief where i could apply ib=n court not to stay my construction and i will compensate my neighbour for the losses.
your neighbor can file complaint with the RWA/ MCD/ POLICE authorities. Alongside you can file a Civil Suit seeking damages and directions from court to the effect that your house be restored to habitable condition as it existed. but with mutual understanding you can pay them the compensation which you think has caused due to construction.
