Complaint on false claim and Fraud upon Court in civil suit

Can a complaint before Judge be filed during proceedings of civil suit regarding false claim on property and fraud on court played by opposite party in civil suit. As opposite party himself admitted he is not entitled to suit schedule property in additional written statement and still continues with proceedings.

wait for this suit be completed, and see the findings of the instant court first, than if court comes to a conclusion as to the aspects of fraud than you can initiate separate suit. or esle simultaneous proceedings will frustrate the two different courts upon, if contradictory finding emerges

1. you have to bring it to the court knowledge that the party is filing the false claim and fraud on court 2. the parties are claiming false claims in the writing statement cannot be the ground to dismiss the case 3. the wrong claim and fraud in the court is for what purpose, it depends on the facts and circumstances of the case
