I HAD WORST EXPERIENCE AT RTO
ARTO OFFICER DOESN'T DO THE JOB. EVERYTIME HE JUST SJ=HOW OFF HIS POWER OF POSITION AND SAYS COME LATER. AND IF WE QUARREL WITH HIM HE IS THREATING THAT HE WON'T SIGN THE DOCUMENTS OR HE WON'T DO THE JOB
file a complaint to his superior authority if no result is availed then you can file petition in court to direct the concerned public officer to do the necessary act in discharge of his duties. if he is asking for any type of bribe then you can lodge complaint with the anti corruption police
