complaint about suspended Ex-serviceman

I know a person who was in the army(ex-serviceman-naik) but that person was suspended from the military, he works in the irrigation department by making fake documents (Maharashtra government job).I want to know where and how to complain about it.explain the procedure in detail.

Well, you can lodge a Complaint first about that person before the concerned irrigation Department where he is working on the basis of fake Documents. Then, you can lodge a Complaint against him before the concerned Police Commissioner.
