Send them a legal notice asking for the results Stating that your fees and everything else is perfectly OK and clear and up-to-date they have no rights to withheld the marksheet. If they don't give the marksheet they will face the law accordingly. We will be happy to help you in making the legal notice. Contact us through Lawrato

Give the college a letter in writing demanding your result within a weeks time from the date of receipt of the notice issued by you. In the event they do not issue inspite of receiving a letter from you issue a legal notice through a lawyer. I am sure the college cannot withold your results unless there is any dues and claims from you. That thereafter if that does not work out file a complaint under section 200 of the CRPC and i am sure they would then hand over the same if the court directs.

You are the only student or any one else is also suffering from such behaviour from the college. If you have appeared in the exam it is the duty of the college to declare the result , please submit a written communication to the Head of the Department of the college with a copy to the university describing all your details
