College delaying my mtech degree

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Mtech student in AP under one of affiliated college of Jntuk. As per rule, we have to clear all the subjects and submit final project. Even though I cleared all subjects morethan a year ago, my college I'd not allowing me to submit project. This is the case for all of us in fact. Also they charged 24000 as project fee morethan a year ago. All of our degrees are delayed and no hope of getting in near future. Please guide me what to do.

hi if they are not allowing to study then you could issue legal notice to the company asking them ti contunue your studies or allow you to complete the ptoject in time failing which you will be forced to approach the court
