CLEARED THE STATE GOVT EXAM BUT DEPARTMENT MADE SOME APPEAL - REG

RESPECTED SIR / MADAM,
I WAS CLEARED THE STATE GOVT EXAM CONDUCTED BY TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT LABOUR DEPARTMENT. EVEN ALMOST ALL PROCESS OF EXAMS FINISHED BUT DUE TO ADMINISTRATIVE REASONS, EXAM WAS UNFORTUNATE CANCELLED BY DEPARTMENT SIDE.. WE FILED CASE AGAINST THIS ISSUE AND HON'BLE MADRAS HIGH COURT ISSUED ORDER TO GIVE APPOINTMENT ORDER TO RESPECTIVE CANDIDATES WHO WAS CLEARED EXAM. BUT SOME REASONS DEPARTMENT HAS APPEALED. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL TERMS IN THE CASE.. HENCE I HUMBLY REQUEST TO CLARIFY THE APPEAL DETAILS. IT WILL VERY HELPFUL TO US. PLEASE HELP.. CASE DETAILS BELOW GIVEN
CASE NO.... WA / 522 / 2021 (MADRAS HIGH COURT)
The Writ Appeal is posted on 1/3/21 at 2.15 pm as adjourned admission. The Government is not happy with the order in the writ petition to appoint the candidates who had cleared the exam. If you had received notice from the court kindly share the details.
