clarifications related to Pcmc recruitment

Sir, I have been selected for engineer post by pcmc last year with 85 others. But some of rejected applicants took case against that recruitment in Bombay high court in 2015. Many of the selected candidates got work joint orders and they jointed. I havnt got any order yet. Isnt it is my right to get conditional order even somebody from my cast has in this case against pcmc.
