Clarification regarding college hostel rules

Hello, Myself Keerthi. My brother (21), doing his MBA in a private college. He is staying in college hostel in coimbatore. The thing is , I came to know that some boys are going out by climbing walls(the rules are that no one is allowed outside after 6pm without proper permission that too has to be got 2 days prior.) My brothers roommate has went out to buy groceries to cook without anyone knowing. There is no warden in the hostel for the past few days. Can I question them about safety measure?

Yes, of course. If there is a rule and its been broken, being a hostler he can question the same. As the purpose is not serious make a oral complaint with the hostel management, if no response reduce it in writing and sent it to correspondence.

Hello mam, you can very well question the management regarding the hostel safety. you can raise the query through way of RTI as well. if the college is still not responding to it properly you can also take legal action against them.
