Clarification regarding amendment in sale agreement after execution

I have bought a resale flat, flat owner was owing a closed car parking. When we did flat registration, we mentioned flat with one car parking. Now when we submitted sale deed in the society, they raised a query about car parking and are insisting me to change the agreement by deleting mentioning of car parking. Kindly advsie whether the agreement with car parking is right or needs an amendment This deed is executed at mumbai

If the previous agreement shows the parking space sold by the builder to the purchaser and if you have mentioned the same in your agreement and paid consideration for the same then your are entitled to get the parking space if the society is creating dispute regarding the same you can approach cooperative court and file a case against the society for the same
