Clarification on verdict of CGIT for cut off for absorbtion

sc candidate,selected in 1994 as assistant ,Lic Baroda,temporary from 1995 to 2005,can I get benefit from verdict of cgit.and what is cut off date for absorbtion
Yes you are definitely entitled for the job in Lic because you have committed not than ten years of service in the Lic you are recruited after due process and recently Lic has notified for recruitment of employees who has completed more then 240 days so you get the benefit from cgit Ahmedabad at multi stored building
