Clarification on reservation benefit as a Muslim minority community

1) i am a hindu, if i get converted to muslim will i be able to avail to reservation facility what muslim get as minority in india?
2) being hindu (general category) if i marry a girl from minority or girl from hindu community who gets reservation benefits, will my children get reservation benefits?

the benefits of reservation to a minority is available to a person if he belongs to a minority religion in that particular state.to get the benefit of reservation on minority status he will have to demonstrate in law courts that he belongs to a particular minority religion in that particular state.the relevant case law on the point of reservation for converts and reconversion to a different religion is kp manu vs chairman scrutiny committee judgement by supreme court 26 feb 2015
