Clarification on Judgment given by the court

Hello Sir, Recently Judgement pronounced in an Accident case that " respondent no:1 (My Uncle) and respondent no: 2(Insurance Company) are Jointly and Severally Liable to pay the compensation". can you please clarify me who is actually liable to pay the Compensation to Petitioner
As per the orders delivered by the Hon'ble Court. both your uncle (Respondent 1) and Insurance Company (Respondent 2) are jointly liable to pay compensation. if the court has not defined the amount then the compensation amount is to be dived equally.
