Claiming father property after divorce with my mother

Myself  (30/M/Hindu/Married/One Daughter) from Howrah (W.B.). I want to know that can I claim my late fathers (2 years back) property after Divorce (3 years back) with my mother. My uncle and aunty give my mother 80000 rupees against divorce and it is clearly written in divorce paper that I will not claim any property against the above amount. Presently I have some money requirement against Purchase of a new home. Bcz presently we are staying at a rented home. Is there is any law of claiming any property against the above mentioned matter.

No sir, You cannot claim any proceeds from fathers property due to the divorce agreement which clearly stated that you will not be taking any share in the property. But to be sure we would need to go through the settlement deed of divorce
