File a caveat. Caveat means no one will be able to file a title suit regarding your property and get any kind of injunction without informing you or your advocate. Follow this by writing a letter to the local P.S about what construction you are about to start. Caveat have a validity of 3 months. Now further if you are interested contact us through lawrato.

Dear client,
In the civil suit instituted by you if there is no order in respect to any application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 then obviously you can construct your room without any obstructing right of anyone..

Before start construction please consult with your appointed Ld. Lawyer, because he can say whether there is any petition under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 have been filed or not and whether the Ld. court was pass any sorts of order in this regard or not. If there is any sort of order in any manner, then if you violate the direction, then other party shall have right to submit petition under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC.
Therefore, do it what I say.
