Civil Land Case decree and appeal to high court related query

Sir, A decree has been passed by the district court against me in a civil land case. Can an appeal be now filed to the high court after 15 months of the decree being passed by the district court? whether appeal will be accepted by the high court after 15 months or not ? Please give me the genuine answer.

Respected sir you want to know about the wether your appeal will be accepted by the honeble high court after 15 months .yes you can file the with the application under section 5 of limitation act .if you interested then you provide me judgement and trial court file.

it can be accepted only if you have genuine reason to cover up the time period ... if your reason or answere sarisifes the court then the appeal can be admitted. apart from this is decree is passed? all the relevant fees is paid by the decree holder?
