CIVIL CASE REGARDING ABUSING TO SOMEONE (FAKE CLAIM BY DEFENDENT)

PLANTIFF FAKE CLAIMED THAT MY BROTHER VISIT TO HIS OFFICE AND ABUSED HIM BY THE NAME OF MOTHER AND SISTER AND DUE TO SAME HE FEELS BAD IN THE SOCIETY, THE SAID CASE RELATES TO THE YEAR 2018. ON SEP 2019 CASE WAS CLOSED AS PLANTIFF HAS NOT ANY EVIDENCE OF HIS CLAIM BUT VERY NEXT DAY HIS LAWYER SUBMIT APPLICATION TO RE OPEN THE SAME. DURING THE PERIOD I GOT MARRIED AND RELOCATED TO OTHER STATE. NOW I AM GETTING SUMMON ON MY OLD ADDRESS BUT NO ONE IS THERE TO ACCEPT. HOW TO TACKLE WITH SAME ?

you need to be present in the court and fight the case on merits. If you don't appear and contest the suit then the case can be heard in your absence and court may pass orders against you. so appear in the court and contest the same and you can take actions for defamation as well against the plaintiff.
