Civil case for claiming own property from Tenant

It is a simple case of landlord / tenant issue. Civil case is going on since last 23 years under Civil Judge Junior Division. Tenant did illegal construction on the property, attempted illegal electricity connection and did not pay rent for long time. The above illegal activities by tenant have been reported in the court. There is no judgement so far. Please guide / advice me what can be done better with legal procedures to speed up process for eviction of tenant from my property.

As the case is being contested for past 23 years and the tenant is enjoying the possession of your house, therefore in this case you can move to the high court under 226/227 for directions to the court of Civil Judge to decide the case expediously. kindly contact us for further details
