Cheating of Money against girlfriend

Hi Ajay,
I live in the UAE and met a girl over here, details will be given on a later stage.
We were in a relation ship and in our one year relationship she has taken a lot of money from me in the name of problems going on with her and to buy a land to secure our future.
All transactions are recorded how ever few of them were in cash so no records of those.
I would not do any harm to her as she is an aspiring singer who resides in Punjab.
I would like to know if I can just get my money back from her?

Yes you can... directly ask her through notice to repay your money, if she doesn't pay your money file suit against her for recovery of money...if you have sympathy for her and doesn't want to harm her reputation,etc... forget your money..if you think that she was gold digger take above action..
