Cheated for long 4 years in a relationship

I was in a relationship with a guy from Himachal Pradesh for 4.5 years. He always told me that he cannot get married to me cause of his parents but then i got pregnant n promised me that he would try to convince his parents. But two days ago i got to know that he was already engaged from the past 2 years and he was still in a relationship with me. Can i fight against him?
Hi...sure you can file a case against him in the police station For cheating and for promise to marry but the thing is that you have to firm with your complaint and you must not change the version of same after that.
