Changes to a property without permission of municipal corporation.

We were allocated a piece of land by the municipal corporation. There is a godown on that property with a tin roof. We want to install fiber sheets on top of that roof as well as on walls inside the godown can we do that without the seeking permission from the municipal corporation.

Agar wo jaruri hain tab aap kar sakte hain...valid reasons hone chahiye aapke pas...aisa koi permission lene ki jarurat to ni hain...bas aap unreasonable changes ni kr sakte hain...aur illegal changes bhi ni kar sakte hain...

It depends upon whether you have been granted the land on lease or leave and license and depending upon the contract what all privileges you have been granted by the municipal corporation to bring about any changes in the premises.
