Change of DOB in 10th Class Certificate

Hi Sir/Mam, I Have completed my 10th Class in 2010 in AP State Board. I am having my DOB as XX/02/1996 as per my Birth Certificate where as in 10th Class it was submitted as XX/12/1994 by my parents for age Criteria. Now i have all other proofs such as Aadhar, Pan etc.. showing as XX/12/1994. i would like to change them to XX/02/1996 as they were conflicting with the dob in my passport. Please guide me process to change dob in 10thCertificate. I submitted letter to state board but no response.

hi if you want to change the date of birth certificate and if the authorities are not taking any action on the representation given by you then you could file writ petition in high court to direct the authorities to take action and to change the date of birth

You submit the representation before the SSC board stating the all the information along with supporting documents and take the aknowlegement. If the authority accepted ok. Other wise you can file writ petition before the Honourable high court. You will get the order.
