Change my cases to other advocate

My advocate not doing well in my cases in court. So I asked to my advocate give me NOC then i will contact other advocate. But my advocate not given NOC..then how can change my advocate.. give me correct information..thank you sir

hi if your advocate is not giving NOC then you could file petition in the pending case before the court to grant permission to change the advocate and that he is not giving NOC to change the advocate and to ask to appoint another advocate
