CET exams not help in regional language

14-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
Is it not constitutionally incorrect for karnataka to not provide CET exams in state's official language i.e, kannada? If so, how can the judiciary be of help?

You can file a Writ Petition asking for clarification and modification for change in language or to provide the question paper in regional language. If the court deems fit and finds merit in your case may order in your favour.
