Central lock issue my neighbour has locked main entrance at 9 pm

Mere papa or papa ke bade do badi bhai or ek chta bhai hum sab ek flay main rhe the hai or hum 4th floor pr rhte hai mere papa ke sabse badi bhai 1st floor pr rhte hai or wo raat ko 9 bje hi main entrence door pr khudi lga dete hai jab main entrence pr remtoe look bhi lga hua hai lkin fir bhi wo raat ko 9 bje khundi lga dete hai hum bht preshani hoti hai khi ane jane main to kya ap bta skte humko kya kr skte hai kyuki mere papa ke do or bhai bhi unka hi shyog krte hai khundi ko lekr bhr bar bat bhi hue hai ki 11 bje lga liya kre lkin wo nhe sunte

You should file injunction suit that will restraint them from locking the door. Plus it is criminal offence of wrongful restraint so you can call police also when they put the lock on door. you can contact me for legal help
