Cement warehouse/godown in the residential area

06-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
Is it legal to have a cement warehouse/godown in the residential area?nnThe ground shop is rented to a cement company/dealer in the our building. The company/dealer is using big transportation trucks, that they are parking very close to the building. They already caused damage to the building & personal properties of the residents like parked cars. Workers that comes for loading & unloading of cement bags are not polite & always ready to argue with the residentsPlease advice how to stop such activities or take action to shift them from here to other place.

Well, you can file a case of Public Nuisance against that Cement Shop Owner and such truck drivers and their labourers who have made your life a living hell. You can file Civil as well as a Criminal Case
