CCTV installed by neighbour interferes in our privacy

My neighbour has placed a camera on his house in such a way that he is keeping an eye on all persons coming to meet us also eyes on our regular activity. He is not removing after many requests. Is there any law which can be used to legal notices
Private persons have no right either to monitor or regulate the activities of other person. For the same there is law and authority. Approach the police and file a complaint regarding the same. If police failed to take action, file a complaint before court
