caviate petition Without number, signatures, stamps also

I have received a caviate petion notices. But in that notices there is no caviate number, no court stamps and signatures even petitioner Signature also. I have tried to check in court site. But not showing any cavitee petition with both names of petitioner/ respondents. May i complaint this matter. Plz suggest me.

hi usually the caveat notice will be sent to other side before filing the caveat and thats why there is no number and once you need to verify with the court staff about it if it is not there then you could go ahead and file
