Cause of Action in Plaintiff Complaint a lie

Will the Court dismiss a plaintiffs complaint if the Cause of Action is a Lie. Can I request you to share links of cases where Judgement has been passed to dismiss the case where the Cause of Action is a proven Lie.

We appreciate your time and question. If indeed what you claim is true. Yes it is possible for a court to dismiss the matter on grounds of fraud by either party.
However you have to consider the stage at which the matter is. According to the stage of the matter follow due process. Merely making statements and citing case laws won't help you much. We suggest you set up a meeting to enable us to discuss the matter in detail.

the plaintiff is lying has to be proven by you by way of supporting documents and not orally...you will need to have personal knowledge of the case and filing an affidavit to the same effect with proper documentation is essential so that the court dismisses the plaintiffs case.
