Case made by schedule caste woman for money under atrocity act

One scheduled cast lady made case on me under atrocity act and asking money. she is our ex-watchman and from last 2 years she is no where connected in my work.i am doing construction business from last 20 years. Now from last week she is living in our under construction site (parking area) without permission and want to pressurise the situation. Even we have approched to policy station. Can you help me by advicing, in such situation as a reputed civilian what i should do in this regard.
You can lodge a complaint in police that this women is blackmailing you to recover money from you. If police fails to lodge a complaint against the woman then you can approach the magistrate with such complaint. You can also file a complaint case for trespassing in your property.
