Case is pending

My father had purchased land in Bangalore due to some legal problem name was not transferred in my father's name because the land was sold to person now father has expired and i was handling the case with his special power of attorney now some told that now you don't have rights because it is not in your father's name kindly help how can fight this case legally my family is dependent on this only and more thing even my mother has expired long back please help I am rich I can't afford advocate fees please please sir
