I have one doubt regarding money suit case. This case filed me before 10 days.. I have a hearing on next month... And this time ... I spoke with the petitioner and we have mutual understanding with money.. I am going to give settlement hence what action I need to taken this time
In this case, pay the amount through demand draft and get a letter like full and final settlement and mention entire details of the money suit finally submit a compromise memo before the court where the suit pending. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

you can file a compromise memo amount you received and have compromised for that amount the compromise memo in the court and you can also withdraw the suit the compromise memo is withdrawn at Lok Adalat then you can get full Court fee refund brother case without Adalat then you can get 50% of the court fee
