I'm form west Bengal. I can't stand loud noises. A neighbour next to my house Will install a power loom machine and there will be a lot of problems if this machine is installed.
so can i suit case Against the power loom owner?
yes you file a complaint stating the noise will hamper your and family with elderly people will face health issues for which you can file a case to maintain peace and tranquility under criminal laws so that the person who will install can be restrained
