Is Carpooling through Private personal cars is Legal after registering and verifying myself on Mobile apps(i.e BlaBla, Wunder,etc) ?
No for doing the said commercial business you will have to convert your private car registration to commercial registration. Procedure for the same:

1. It is possible to convert a private car into a commercial car,
2. It is the RTO office which is responsible for this conversion process of private into commercial.
