Car parking right outside my house

i live in Malad west and have a flat of 250 sq ft on the ground floor. i need to know if i should go legally against my society for allowing car park right outside my window, it is not an official parking and is not in the BMC plan. i have to keep my window shut permanently.
if there is no parking approved on building plan then no one can park the vehicle outside your window. please write a official complaint to the society and see if they agree as air light comes through the window you can have a right of easement if the society does not react pro-actively then you can file a case in the court of law for easement.please contact your local lawyer for further details.
