yes it can be, but what kind of agreement is it, even the opposite party can be sued for the same, detailed history is needed, legal agreement for what? is there any specific clause, can that agreement be shown to me, for proper guidance

Can only be cancelled with express consent of both the parties. Once an agreement is entered into, it cannot be cancelled if both the parties do not agree to it. And if you violate the agreement terms , you may be held liable for breach of contract

of course any legal agreement can be cancelled by executing a separate cancellation deed, which is to be executed by both the parties, but if that agreement is irrevocable in nature aur the other side is not want to execute any cancellation deed, then you have to file a suit
