Cancellation Of Gift Deed by legal heris.

A property owned by my father by the virtue of mutation record,After the death of my father the legal heris I,e my mother, brother and one sister made a gift deed in favour of me .Now they all three has been black mailing me in trivial issue and threatened me that they will cancel the gift deed, whether it is possible to cancel the said gift deed.

according to the Supreme Court of India and laws prevailing in the country a gift once made, cannot be cancelled later on, except on the grounds that the consent of the donor was obtained by fraud, undue influence or coercion. My advise to you is to mutate your name in the property for which I can provide legal assistance so that such situation cannot arise again.
