Can we get husband's Experience letter?

Hello...
The company of my husband sent a reply to the court as he has left the job. But, I got to know that he is still in the same company. Then I filed one application into the court to direct the company to provide a certified copy of his resignation, experience certificate, Full and final settlement but the court refused to accept my application. Here, I would like to mention that the court is biased towards my husband. Now, please guide me, can't I file an application to the court to get his leaving details from the company as RTI is not applicable in the private firms?
Please advise, if any.

You can certainly ask the court all the desired details which you have talked about in your questions. However, your lawyer need to convince the court ',Why such information is crucial for you in your case & how it is going to impact your position in a case!'

once the court has rejected your application you should ideally not be filing the application again.
you cannot file RTI in a Pvt company.
if you have proof that your husband is still in the same company, then you should file the same and request the court to call the company manager as a witness before the court.
