Can we file an appeal to SC if case is pending in CAT in other state

Hello Sir, I am a govt.Ex. Servant . I was Selected In all India Postal Examination and work as Postal Assistant. And after appointment I work approximately 1 year in my Post Office.After that I was terminated on basis of temporary service Rules 65(5) with my colleagues which is approximately 1600 Employee in five states. After that We apeal in CAT and got decision in favour more than 2 or three states but The Dept of Post go to HC in one State and Dept of Post win the case and abolish the Case decision My Questions is 1. The State inwhich we lost the case apeal the SC but our decision is till pending in CAT due to time in one or more state. But we want to Appeal directly in SC where we support to That State which is lost in HC Is this Possible??? Also provides Best advocate for SC in matters of Civil for Employees
As you have mentioned that your case is still pending for adjudication before CAT, therefore you cannot file SLP in Supreme Court or get yourself impleaded in SLP filed against High Court Order. Also employees who got the order in their favour from CAT but appeal against that order till date has not been preferred, can not file SLP in Supreme Court. But if in case the order of the High Court against which SLP has been preferred contain a language, deciding the whole controversy, which also affects right of all employees in other states than all employees who got terminated may file an SLP in Supreme Court against the order of the High Court.
