Can we demolish the illegal pent house which was constructed 20 years

Hello, Iam an owner for 5 flats out of 12 including penthouse in kukatpally,hydarabad. There is an unauthorised & illegal penthouse constructed by the builder more than 18 years back & was subsequently sold to the current owner the owner was the second party the illegal penthouse current owner formed a society with out informing me my quarry is can a society is prepared without informing to the 1 falt owner? & can a case be filed against this illegal construction & can it be demolished? and the illegal penthouse current bill comes with the name of the building( prameela residency)
first of all if u want to check whether it is legal or illegal, then go and get the building map which was submitted for getting building permission, then only u will know whether it was constructed legally.
