Can two degrees be done simultaneously at one time

Is it valid for a candidate to purse law (2009-2012)and master of arts (2009-10)simultaneously at the same time one regular and other distance. If no what can be the procedure to complain regarding the same. what will be the punishment if found guilty.
Yes. Both the courses can be pursued simultaneously at the same time. There is no legal impediment in pursuing a distance course while being enrolled in a regular course ( provided both the courses are being pursued from a different college/ University)
