Can the SC hear its earlier decision once again ?

Its about service selection quashing of ASI's of Haryana Police . It was a political cocspirecy of that time by then Govt. of haryana. I have a doubt that SC was misguided by then govt. of haryana. and HSSSB's ex chairman. Below are details of the SC's decion please tell me what option we have now? (preetpal singh vs state of haryna,( civil appeal no: 5027-36 of 1994) judgment date of SC july 27,1994.
You did not mentioned whether it was single bench judgment or full bench. However any review or revision application has been time barred under limitation act. In my opinion nothing is possible at this time after lapse of 24 years.
